INTRODUCTION

O.T. Mining was incorporated in the State of Montana, U.S. in 1980 as Ruby Resources of Montana Inc. On May 4, 1987, the Company's name was changed to The O.T. Mining Corporation and began trading in October of 1987.

The O.T.'s goal is to provide extraordinary shareholder value by exploring and delineating precious and base metal resources on the Ruby Property and then vending these resources to a major mining company for development.

PROJECT IN HAND

Ruby Property, Jefferson County, Southwestern MontanaOTmining1.jpg (51468 bytes)

The O.T.'s 100% owned 21.3 square mile Ruby Property consists of 13 patented and 681 unpatented claims in Jefferson County, Montana. The property contains two high priority exploration targets: a large copper-molybdenum porphyry system in the 14 square mile North Anomaly Area and a high-grade gold, silver and base metals epithermal volcanic system covering the seven square miles to the south. The program is concentrating on the largest and most intense anomalies within the Kit Carson. Aggressive drill programs are planned for both areas this year.

(1) The North Anomaly Area

The system is geologically similar to the porphyry system at Butte (the fourth largest copper-gold porphyry system in the world). The Butte and Ruby porphyries are only 14 miles apart. They are the same age, occur in the same igneous rocks, and occur along the same regional mineral belt and geophysical trend within the belt. The two porphyries are very large and have similar geometries and alteration types. As currently understood, the North Anomaly Area porphyry copper system is at least 15,000 feet long by 8,000 feet wide and at least 2,600 feet thick. It is open in two directions and at depth. The geophysical anomalies in the North Anomaly Area are extremely attractive exploration targets for high-grade Main Stage type veins like those mined at Butte, which produced 80% of the billions of pounds of base metals from underground from 1880 to 1974; some veins returned up to 45% per ton copper. From 1954 Butte began producing from open pit mines and continues to do so today. An aggressive diamond drill program will test multiple geophysical and geochemical targets commencing in early June. A total of 18 drill targets have been identified on the North Anomaly porphyry system. O.T. has retained the services of a reputable drill company, has permitted three sites for drilling and is in the final process of permitting others.

(2) The Kit Carson Project

Exploration by O.T. since 2005 on the high-grade gold-silver Kit Carson target has resulted in the identification of large and significant geophysical anomalies with associated Mobile Metals Ions soil geochemical gold, silver, copper, lead and zinc anomalies. The Kit Carson is adjacent to the high-grade gold-silver-copper and lead mineralization that was mined at the Kit Carson Mine (not owned by O.T.). Historic grades associated with this mine were as high as 0.88 - 34.28 ounces per ton gold, 35 - 527 ounces per ton silver, 1.96% - 11.84% lead and 5% copper. O.T. intends to drill test geophysical and geochemical targets on its Kit Carson project. Three drill holes are planned and permitted for 2007.

MANAGEMENT

The O.T. Mining Corporation has a well management team with experience in different areas.

James W. Hess, Founder, President and Director of The O.T. Mining Corporation
Mr. Hess began his career in Los Angeles as a securities analyst trainee at a major NYSE member firm becoming a specialist in emerging high technology and natural resource companies. Since 1969 he has concentrated all of his efforts in the natural resource field covering oil and gas and mineral exploration companies.

J.R.O. Walli, P.Eng., Vice President
A member of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a member of the Association of Professional Engineers since 1951, Mr. Walli began his career in 1945 for Hollinger Consolidated Gold Mines. He later became managing director at the inception of the Oman Mining Company L.L.C., Muscat, Sultanate of Oman in 1975. His team brought on-line three underground copper mines, a 3,000 tons per day concentrator, a 20,000 ton per year electric smelter, a 24,000 ton per year electric refinery and a 54 megawatt gas turbine power plant. The design and construction of a deep water jetty was implemented for this totally self-contained, fully integrated facility.

Rosemary L. Christensen, B.C.L., Secretary/Treasurer and Director since 1987
Ms. Christensen became Secretary-Treasurer and a Director of the Company in March of 1987. She founded the Somerville House Corporation and its affiliated companies that have been involved in the investment business since 1972. She pioneered motion picture syndication in Canada, created tax incentive investments and expanded the company to include the metal mining industry.

Thomas H. Fitzgerald Jr., Director since 1987
In 1959, Mr. Fitzgerald founded and is President and Senior Investment Officer of the firm that bears his name. For 18 years he was editor of the Money Market Directory. He is a member of the American Finance Association and the Presidents Council of the American Institute of Management and the Market Technicians Association. Mr. Fitzgerald served in Korea as a paratroop lieutenant with the United States Army.

Arthur Seligman, Director since 1991
Since 1984, Mr. Seligman has been Director of Sales and Marketing for the Petroleum Development Company (PDC). During his tenure, the company has grown to become the largest distributor of public hydrocarbon drilling programs in the country. Its Investor Relations Department, which he established, receives annual praise from the broker/dealer community as the best in the business.

Oliver T. Maki, Director and Chief Geologist
Mr. Maki began his career in 1945 working in Latin and North America in all facets of the mining industry for such companies as Gulf Sulphur where he was responsible for its Mexican sulphur operations, as general superintendent for the American Zinc Company in the U.S., as an economic geologist for the United Nations Development Program in Chile and as an economic geologist for the Organization of American States, Washington, D.C. Mr. Maki, in 1969-70, directed and carried out the exploration program on which his third drill hole was the discovery hole for one of the largest open pit copper mines in the world, the three billion ton Los Pelambres copper mine on the border of Chile and Argentina.

Mark Fedikow, HBSc., M.Sc., Ph.D., P.Eng., P.Geo., Director and Vice President of Exploration since 2003
Dr. Fedikow has 30 years of industry and government experience as an exploration geochemist and mineral deposits geologist. In 2001 he was the recipient of the Provincial Geologist Medal, a Canadian national award for outstanding geoscientific achievement. As an exploration geochemist and mineral deposit geologist, he has published numerous articles on mineral deposits and their geochemical expression in rock, soil and vegetation sample media. Specifically, he has applied the Mobile Metal Ions Process (MMI) in exploration programs for lode gold, base metal massive sulphides, platinum group metals, magmatic nickel-copper, epithermal gold-silver and porphyry copper deposits in a variety of geological and overburden environments. Dr. Fedikow is a Fellow of the Association of Applied Geochemists.

Why is unique about O.T. Mining? Why is O.T. Mining different?

The O.T.'s Ruby Property is 14 miles NNE of the Butte Mining District, which is host to the Richest Hill on Earth, the 4th largest copper-gold porphyry system in the world, in production since 1880.

The O.T.'s 21.3 square mile Ruby Property has the proven potential to rival or surpass the Butte Mining District in metals production.

Fully diluted number of shares, 12,733,675 as at 31/12/07, provide huge leverage to investors.
