North Arrow Minerals Inc. is a Canadian based exploration company focused on the identification and evaluation of diamond exploration opportunities in Canada. The Company is developing a pipeline of quality Canadian diamond projects ranging from greenfields to the advanced-stage, most of which have already seen millions in past exploration expenditures. Drilling permits have been applied for which, approval and financing dependent, may allow for North Arrow to drill priority targets as early as the summer of 2017. Loki Project, Northwest Territories North Arrow's 100%-owned 7,059 hectares Loki Project is located within the Lac de Gras district, in close proximity to Canada's Diavik and Ekati diamond mines.
Luxx Project, Nunavut North Arrow's 100%-owned 40,470 hectare Luxx Project is located approximately 60 km from the community of Chesterfield Inlet.
Timiskaming Project, Ontario The ~3,500 hectare Timiskaming Project is located in northeastern Ontario.

Management Kenneth A. Armstrong, P.Geo., President and CEO Mr. Armstrong has over 20 years of experience in the exploration industry. Mr. Armstrong has diamond exploration and evaluation experience with Diavik Diamond Mines Inc., Aber Resources, De Beers, Navigator Exploration, and Stornoway Diamond Corporation. North Arrow's diamond exploration programs are conducted under the direction of Mr. Armstrong, a Qualified Person under NI 43-101. Wayne Johnstone, CA, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Johnstone has over 30 years of financial experience with public and private companies. Mr. Johnstone was previously Chief Financial Officer of Creston Moly Corp. Brenda Nowak, Corporate Secretary Ms. Nowak has 20 years of experience in the securities legal industry, and has been Corporate Secretary for International Northair Mines Ltd., New Dimension Resources Ltd. and Troon Ventures Ltd. since 2007. Eira M. Thomas, Advisor Ms. Thomas' career in the mining industry spans more than 20 years. She has extensive diamond exploration and development experience in Canada and Africa. Armstrong Dr. Christopher Jennings Blair Murdoch On September 12, 2017, North Arrow Minerals Inc. announced that it has completed its 2017 summer drilling and mini-bulk sampling program at the Q1-4 kimberlite at the Company's 100-per-cent owned Naujaat (now-yat; formerly Qilalugaq) diamond project, Nunavut. On July 24, 2017, North Arrow Minerals Inc. announced that it has collected 234 tonne mini-bulk sample from Q1-4 kimberlite at the Company's 100%-owned Naujaat (formerly Qilalugaq) diamond project in Nunavut. On June 23, 2017, North Arrow Minerals Inc. announces that the Company has granted a total of 2,230,000 incentive stock options to Directors, Officers, Employees and consultants to the Company. On May 2, 2017, North Arrow Minerals Inc. announced that it has arranged to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to 20 million units at a price of 25 cents per unit for gross proceeds of $5-million. As part of the private placement, Electrum Strategic Opportunities Fund LP and Ross Beaty have each agreed to make an investment of $2-million, together $4-million, toward the private placement. The net proceeds of the private placement will be used for general working capital and to finance the continued evaluation of North Arrow's Canadian diamond exploration properties. On April 03, 2017, North Arrow Minerals Inc. provided an update on its Loki and LDG diamond projects located at the Lac De Gras region of the Northwest Territories. North Arrow recently received an exploration drilling permit for Loki which allows the company to drill test these exploration targets as well as conduct additional drilling on EG05 to better define the kimberlite's size and diamond potential. Planning is under way for ground geophysical surveys over selected priority targets during the spring of 2017 and, if warranted, exploration drilling. North Arrow is also pleased to report that exploration has started at the 147,200-hectare LDG project located south of the Diavik diamond mine and immediately east of the company's Loki project. The LDG project is a joint venture between North Arrow and Dominion Diamond Corp. North Arrow also reports that William Lamb has resigned from the company's board of directors and has agreed to join North Arrow's advisory committee. Allison Rippin-Armstrong has also joined the North Arrow advisory committee. On March 30, 2017, North Arrow Minerals Inc. announced that it has entered a purchase and sale agreement with Crystal Exploration Inc. (TSX-V:CEI) under which Crystal will acquire North Arrow's 100% interest in the Contwoyto Project, Nunavut, including the Butterfly gold prospect.
North Arrow Video Presentation on the Hope Bay Oro Gold Project, Nunavut: On February 15, 2017, North Arrow Minerals Inc. announced that it has closed the previously disclosed property purchase agreement with Stornoway Diamond Corp., under which North Arrow has acquired Stornoway's remaining interests in the Qilalugaq and Pikoo diamond projects (please see North Arrow news release dated Jan. 17, 2017). North Arrow now holds 100-per-cent interests in both projects. On February 8, 2017, North Arrow Minerals Inc. announced that initial kimberlite indicator mineral (KIM) results have been received from 111 till samples collected from the Mel project located in Nunavut. One highly anomalous sample has returned in excess of 1,200 KIMs per 20 kilograms of till. The KIM trains within the northern Mel project area are now very well defined and cut off at source. Drill permits are pending. |
