WHY BUY NOW

Berkwood has made a large graphite discovery and has completed 3 drill programs on the property. All holes have hit graphite with some of the highest grade graphite in North America.

Berkwood has also tested its graphite, revealing they have large flake size and excellent grade graphite. Large flake and the correct grade of graphite is what electric car companies or battery manufacturers need to make the Anodes in their batteries, the “-” side of the battery.

The stock is under performed in the last few months and is about to turn around with the demand increasing for electric car batteries, solar and wind farms requiring batteries to store their power to match demand times and countries around the world mandating manufacturing of only electric vehicles. There will be a huge demand for graphite, Berkwood has the graphite the world needs.

INTRODUCTION

Berkwood Resources is engaged in exploration for the commodities that enable the modern revolution in essential technologies. These technologies are dependent upon the ethical mining and supply of naturally occurring elements and minerals that enhance the performance of energy storage systems and permit the development and miniaturization of new electronics and structural components for the new suite of innovative tools. The Company is led by a team with collectively over 100 years experience and whose members have been involved with the discovery of several producing mines.

Berkwood's goal is to explore for elements that are required for Lithium-Ion Batteries (“LIB”) in good mining jurisdictions. Berkwood is targeting graphite, cobalt, vanadium and lithium – the key commodities in LIB in the province of Quebec, Canada. (One of the top 10 mining jurisdiction in the world)

Berkwood's flagship project is the Lac Gueret Extensions Project, which borders Mason Graphite's (TSX-V:LLG) Lac Gueret Project – one of Canada's best known and largest graphite deposits, which is going into production in 2018-2019. Mason's Market Cap is at $243 million whereby Berkwood is only at $5 million.

Berkwood has made a large graphite discovery and has completed 3 drill programs on the property. All holes have hit graphite with some of the highest-grade graphite in North America with Large Flake size.

FLAGSHIP PROJECT

Lac Gueret Extensions Project, Quebec

The Company's 100%-owned Lac Gueret Extensions Project is located within the exploration friendly jurisdiction of Quebec, in the Manicouagan Regional County Municipality, three hours driving time from the city of Baie-Comeau. Mason Graphite has announced plans to build a large graphite processing plant in Baie‐Comeau. Easy access is provided via a major secondary road and numerous tertiary and forest roads that traverse the property.

The Project is situated in the geological Grenville Province and part of the Plan Nord region, Quebec's highly regarded sustainable development initiative.

Berkwood's Lac Gueret Extensions Project directly borders Mason Graphite's property to the east and south and shares similar prospective geology including along strike stratigraphic units, structure and geophysical anomalies.

On February 27, 2018, Berkwood announced that it increased its Lac Gueret land package to 25,180 ha, by far the largest in the region, subject to exchange approval.

Zone 1 at Lac Gueret South Graphite Project

Including the Phase 3 campaign, the Company has drilled 27 holes on Zone 1 that totals 4,006m. The Company has intersected visual Graphite in every hole drilled to date, with significant Cgr intercepts being observed in 26 holes. Success in these drill programs confirms that a significant component of the distinct electromagnetic conductors that occur over a two kilometer strike length and 50 meters to 600 meters in width as defined by airborne EM geophysics (see the Berkwood news release dated February 10, 2015) includes graphite mineralization.

“So we begin the exciting but painstaking work required to unravel the structural and geological disposition of the Lac Gueret South Zone 1 graphite deposit, as Berkwood endeavours to chart a focused and efficient program to define the potential for an economically mineable resource there. Field crews have been on site at Lac Gueret since early February to perform detailed structural logging and analysis of previous drill core – and we are increasing our structural capabilities through new collaboration with Terrane Geosciences. We are making progress in stages, and continue with each successive Phase to build on the great results we have enjoyed since discovery,” states Tom Yingling, President and CEO. “Critically, the exploration potential for a significant graphite deposit continues to be supported by the Phase 3 campaign”.

CONCLUSION

Berkwood Resources Ltd. has completed its 3rd drill program and is continuing to unravel the structural and geological disposition of the Lac Gueret South Zone 1 graphite body. Once complete Berkwood will have a 3D model of its graphite body providing a more detailed picture of the size and geometry of its Zone 1 graphite body. At that time Berkwood will start looking for an end user to buy its graphite.

News Update

Simon Moores, Managing Director of Benchmark Mineral Intelligence, outlines demand for car battery elements and how demand will far outpace supply in two years.

To look at the video:

On March 12, 2019, Berkwood Resources Ltd. reported that its 4th drill program has returned continued high grade graphite assays with 22.22% cgr over 102.45m and 43m in surface outcrop channel graphite sample assaying 24.17%

On February 7, 2019, Berkwood Resources Ltd. announced that it has received exceptional, positive test results from initial metallurgical testing undertaken to evaluate whether the Lac Gueret South deposit is amenable to processing for the ready separation of graphite from the host rock. Berkwood metallurgical tests yield 97.8% graphite in concentrate grade.

Tom Yingling, president and chief executive officer, states: "We are very happy with the superb results from our metallurgical test work. We now have confirmed that we can produce highest-grade graphite concentrates containing a high percentage of large flake product. With these positive metallurgical results, I now look forward to integrating our recently completed fourth drill program data into our geologic model: this work is expected to underpin an evaluation of requirements for the preparation of a mineral resource estimate for publication. Berkwood is fully funded to complete the required resource model, including any requirement for further drilling."

On January 29, 2019, Berkwood Resources Ltd. announced that it has exercised its right to buy back the 5-per-cent interest acquired by Progressive Planet Solutions Inc. in the Lac Gueret South Graphite Project in October, 2018.

On January 16, 2019, Berkwood Resources Ltd. announced that drilling at its phase 4 definition drilling program on zone 1 at the Company's 100-per-cent-owned Lac Gueret South project is complete. During the phase 4 program Berkwood has drilled 16 new NQ diameter diamond core holes for 2,078 metres of newly acquired, to bring the total drilling at zone 1 to 5,940 m over 43 drill holes. On May 2, 2018, Berkwood Resources Ltd. has provided the assay results from the phase 3 drilling program on the zone 1 graphite body at the Company's 100-per-cent-owned Lac Gueret South project. A total of nine HQ diamond drill holes were drilled in the phase 3 drill program with every hole intersecting visible graphite (as per the news release dated April 26, 2018). Of the nine holes drilled, eight of them intersected significant mineralization with one hole having 17.37 per cent Cgr over 130.55 metres with a true thickness of 87.5 m.

Graphite assay grades have been returned as high as 33.88 per cent. This combined with BK1-15-17 from phase 1 drilling of 72.10 m at 13.64 per cent Cgr and multiple other wide intersections indicates a large unique discovery.
