INTRODUCTION
Teras Resources is a junior exploration and resource development company. Its mission is to increase shareholder value by exploring and developing high quality gold and base metal properties in North America and becoming a metal producer as soon as possible.
PROJECT IN HAND
Cahuilla Gold Project, Imperial County, California, USA

Under an earn-in agreement with Consolidated Goldfields Corporation providing, Teras has a 65% earn-in interest in the world class Cahuilla gold project. The Cahuilla project is located in Imperial County, the most "mining friendly" county in the State, approximately 2 miles west of the community of Salton Sea Beach and 30 miles south of Indio, California. The project area encompasses approximately 2,100 acres. The majority of the deposit is hosted on the Torres Martinez Indian Reservation.
Since the late 1980's, an estimated $6 million has been spent on the project and has produced 214 drill holes (112,168 ft) of data. Historical work was performed by major mining companies that include Newmont, Homestake (Barrick), Kennecott and by the Torres Martinez Indian Tribe. Significant fieldwork has established an extensive gold system.
The Cahuilla deposit currently has a historical resource of 856,000 ounces of gold (an indicated mineral resource of approximately 750,100 ounces of gold and an inferred mineral resource of approximately 106,000 ounces of gold). The Cahuilla project demonstrates the potential of 3 million plus ounces of gold with silver credits.
On December 1, 2006, Consolidated has executed a formal Exploration-Mining Agreement for the project with the Torres Martinez Indian Tribe providing exclusive rights to explore, develop and conduct mining operations on reservation lands.
AMEC Engineering completed a NI 43-101 technical report on the project in the fall of 2007. There is $1 million cash in bank to advance Cahuilla in 2010.
Cahuilla Project drilling program is scheduled to start in May 2010.

Other Projects
Watseka Project, Montana, USA
The Watseka Project is located in Rochester Mining District, Madison County, Montana. The property includes a partially exploited gold mine which contains 4 intersecting narrow high grade veins and a mill site. Planned exploration work includes geologic mapping, trenching, rock/soil sampling, and diamond drilling. On site mill has been upgraded in the summer of 2009 to process ore.
Golden Jubilee Project, Montana, USA
The Golden Jubilee Project is located in Granite County, Montana. The main zone is a high grade gold vein structure with historical reports that estimate 0.4 to 1.2 oz/t gold grade. Demonstrates 251,030 ounces of gold over 4 categories (452,750 tons ore). Exploration program: Prospecting, mapping, geochemical sampling, trenching, geophysics and diamond drilling. Entrance to the mine has been upgraded in fall of 2009.
Tuco Project, Nevada, USA
The Tuco Project is located in Mineral County, lies within the Walker Lane Structure in Nevada, and adjacent to the Rawhide epithermal Au-Ag deposit. The project consists of 100 claims with drill ready targets. Rock samples range up to 938 ppm Mo, 0.19% Cu, with weak gold. Exploration program: Detailed mapping, rock/soil sampling, extend geophysics, and drilling.
Tombstone Project, Nevada, USA
The Tombstone Project is located in Mineral County, lies within the well mineralized Walker Lane structure, and adjacent to the Rawhide epithermal Au-Ag deposit. The project consists of 100 claims with veins in granite having densities up to 3%. Exploration may include detailed mapping, rock/soil sampling, extend geophysics, and drilling.
Spanish Canyon Project, Nevada, USA
The Spanish Canyon Project is located along the west flank of the Shoshone Mountains, northwest of Tonopah, Nevada. The property is situated in the Grantsville Mining District.
