  • Bulk tonnage and high grade vein targets

  • 1,136 hectares with good infrastructure

  • Phase I mapping and sampling complete

  • Phase II exploration program in progress

(3) Rosamorada Gold-Silver Project, Nayarit

The Rosamorada property consists of 300 hectares, four hours west of Guadalajara, 2 km from the Pan American highway and less than one kilometre from an active rail line. A high-tension power line crosses the property.

A preliminary field visit by Premium's exploration team revealed evidence of quartz veining and stockwork ove

Highlights of the project:

  • Low-cost open-pit, bulk tonnage target

  • Quartz veining and stockwork over 1,000 metres by 300 metres

  • 300 hectares with excellent infrastructure

(4) La Lupe Gold-Silver-Lead-Zinc Project, Durango

The La Lupe property is located in the Sierra Madre region of western Durango and consists of a single claim of 900 hectares. Preliminary sampling showed up to 5,337.5 g/t silver and 11.79 g/t gold.

An exploration program of detailed geological and structural mapping, and surface sampling, of the Santo Nino mine workings is underway.

Highlights of the project:
premium3.jpg (52564 bytes)

  • Sampling returned 8.37 g/t gold, 5,337.5 g/t silver, 2.91% lead and 3.92% zinc over 0.90 metres

  • Bonanza grade and high-grade poly metallic vein target

(5) Bonanza Gold-Silver Project, Guanajuato

The Bonanza property consists of approximately 9,644 hectares, 6 km from the town of Victoria and 70 km from the city of Queretaro.

Exploration targets include high-grade gold-silver vein deposits and disseminated bulk-tonnage gold-silver deposits.

Highlights of the project:

  • Potential to host 2.0 M oz, Au-Eq. from 50 M tons of 0.8 g/t Au and 40 g/t Ag

  • Disseminated bulk-tonnage target

  • Three major quartz veins with argillic alteration and stockwork

  • 9,644 hectares within corridor hosting multi-million oz deposits

  • 49 km from Starcore International Mines Ltd.'s San Martin Mine

(B) PROJECTS IN USA

(1) Orogrande Shear Zone, Idaho

The Orogrande Shear Zone is a gold mineralization belt that is 26 miles long in strike length and has produced approximately 4,000,000 oz of gold.

South Orogrande Shear Zone: Friday-Petsite & Dixie Gold Projects

The Friday-Petsite property consists of 120 claims and is located in the vicinity of Elk City, Idaho County, central Idaho, in the western United States.

Highlights of the project:

  • 531,890 oz inferred resource (NI 43-101) - open along strike and at depth

  • Disseminated bulk tonnage and high grade vein targets

  • Advanced stage target: 192 drill holes, 100 ft centre spacing

  • High grade vein within envelope; up to 70 ft averaging 9.0 g/t gold, including 5 ft of 67.89 g/t gold

The Dixie property is comprised of 17 claims and is located near the South Orogrande Shear Zone. Premium intends to complete a general exploration program to investigate the anomalous areas of the property in order to locate targets for drilling.
