INTRODUCTION
levon1.jpg (26252 bytes)
Levon Resources is a junior gold exploration company exploring strategic properties in three of the world's prime gold
regions: Bralorne in southern British Columbia, Cortez in central Nevada and a large, emerging porphyry belt in north-central Mexico. In all locations, its properties are situated near world-class mines and discoveries.

PROJECT IN HAND

(1) Cordero-Sanson Silver-Gold-Lead-Zinc Project, Chihuahua, Mexico
levon7.jpg (32526 bytes)
The 10,000-hectare Cordero property is located 35 km northeast of Hidalgo Del Parral, Chihuahua, Mexico, and 10 km off the main highway. The property and region host excellent infrastructure with ample power and water plus easy road access. Levon will earn a 51% interest from Valley High Ventures by spending CDN$1,250,000 by the end of February 2013.

The Cordero property encompasses a high-level porphyry district within the Chihuahua-Zacatecas porphyry belt. This emerging trend includes Penasquito (Goldcorp), Camino Rojo (Canplats) and San Agustin (Silver Standard) mines, plus others. Cordero contains a large, 6 km x 3 km mineralized system with bulk mineable targets and extensive, open-ended
geochemical and IP anomalies. Recent exploration by Levon has expanded the district along the strike of the mineralized porphyry belt.

The Company's exploration focuses on three main targets: Cordero, Sanson and Pozo de Plata. Pozo de Plata zone is the most recent discovery. It was defined by mapping and sampling results that established the presence of a mineralized complex. There is no evidence of past exploration in this zone.

Previous operators at Cordero completed geological mapping, soil geochemistry, bulldozer trenching and an IP survey on the core areas of the property. Old drill holes, completed by Apex, have also been re-logged. The results showed an average intersect grade of 0.77% Zn, 0.43% Pb, 1.20% Pb+Zn, 44 g/t Ag and 0.11 g/t Au. Cordero intersections included:

  • 75 m @ 47 g/t Ag, 0.78% Pb+Zn, 0.09 g/t Aulevon9.jpg (38655 bytes)

  • 63.9 m @ 70 g/t Ag, 2.2% Pb+Zn, 0.15 g/t Au

These grades are comparable with current similar projects in Mexico.

Exploration Plan

The Company integrates IP data with surface geological mapping and geochemical data, past drill results and underground workings to construct a 3D Exploration Model of the porphyry belt. The Company will use this data to design and prioritize the first round drill program to:

  1. Offset existing bulk tonnage drill intercepts;

  2. Initially test new bulk tonnage targets to the estimated limits of open pit depths.

(2) Norma Sass Project, Cortez Gold Trend, Lander County, Nevada, USA
levon5.jpg (48744 bytes)
The 300-hectares Norma Sass property is an outstanding target for discovery of Carlin-style gold deposits, located immediately south of the Gold Acres mine and west of the Pipeline/Cortez gold mine. Its geological and geographical settings make Norma Sass one of the region's prime properties. The Norma Sass property is owned 1/3 by Levon and 2/3 by Coral Gold Resources, and is being explored under an agreement with Barrick Gold Corp., owner of the Pipeline/Cortez mine. Barrick is currently earning an interest of up to 75% in the Norma Sass property.

In September 2009, Barrick announced the planned drilling program at the Norma Sass property will commence in the first
levon6.jpg (35857 bytes) week of October. Barrick's primary target at Norma Sass is the Lower Plate of the Roberts Mountains overthrust, where most of the region's larger mines – including Barrick's Pipeline Mine – have encountered world-class orebodies. The
conceptual target at Norma Sass is potential high-grade (>0.50 oz/t Au) Carlin-style gold mineralization hosted in the upper 150 ft of the Roberts Mountains formation.

(3) Congress Project, Southwest British Columbia, Canada

The 2,433-hectare Congress property lies just 16 km northeast of the prolific and historic Bralorne and Pioneer gold mines
levon2.jpg (47523 bytes) and hosts similar geology. With a gold resource of over 194,000 ounces (measured, indicated and inferred NI 43-101 compliant) and significant ground unexplored, Congress is a prime prospect for economic mineralization. Both surface and
underground work have defined at least ten gold zones, and recent exploration expanded the key Lou Zone by 500 metres. Congress holds significant potential for underground lode mining as well as open-pit mining.

As part of Levon's plan to initially increase mineral resources to 500,000 ounces of gold, the Company is considering proposals to conduct additional drifting and diamond drilling on both the Howard and Lou zones. Diamond drilling has also been proposed for the new Golden Ledge zone.

NEWS UPDATE

On January 4, 2010, Levon Resources Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has completed a brokered private placement of 6,651,000 units at a price of $0.35 per unit for gross proceeds of $2,327,850. The net proceeds will be used to finance continuing exploration and development activities at the Company's Cordero-Sanson joint venture project in Chihuahua, Mexico, and general working capital requirements.

On December 18, 2009, Levon Resources Ltd. announced that it has negotiated a brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $2-million. The Agents will use their best efforts to sell up to 5,720,000 units. Each unit priced at 35 cents will consist of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each full warrant shall entitle the purchaser to purchase at any time within 12 months from closing one common share of the corporation at a price of 55 cents.

On December 9, 2009, Levon Resources Ltd. announced that it has received the proceeds from Bolder Investment Partners for the exercise of the 1,600,000 Warrants at 0.35 cents which they held on behalf of their clients. The funds will be used for the completion of the earn-in of the 51% of the Cordero Project and for general working capital.

On December 7, 2009, Levon Resources Ltd. announced that it has served notice on Valley High Ventures Ltd. to prepare final accounting and documentation to complete its option for 51% of the Cordero-Sanson project in Mexico.

On November 24, 2009, Levon Resources Ltd. released results from the remaining three holes drilled during the initial diamond drill program at the Cordero project, Mexico. Highlights include 66 metres grading 17.3 g/t Ag and 1.45% Zn in DDH C09-8, 1,200 metres northeast of DDH C09-5.

On November 17, 2009, Levon Resources Ltd. reported drilling progress on Norma Sass project. Levon Resources' technical team has recently visited with Barrick and the group examined the chips and core from Barrick's recently completed Hole NS 09-01 at the Norma Sass property. The group also visited the NS 09-01 drill site. Hole NS 09-01 started as a reverse-circulation hole but encountered recovery problems at 1,680-foot depth. Barrick brought in a core rig, wedged the RC hole and drilled HQ diameter core to a final depth of 2,586 feet (an expensive but effective way of exploring the sequence).

On November 3, 2009, Levon Resources Ltd. released initial drilling results from the recently completed diamond drill program at the Cordero project, Chihuahua, Mexico. This program included drilling eight angle core holes, totalling 2,840 metres of HQ core.

Drill assay results received to date include complete assay from holes C09-1, 2, 4 and 5 (Pozo de Plata), and hole C09-3 (Cordero Dome). Hole C09-5 returns 152 m grading 80.64 g/t silver, 0.61 g/t gold, 1.41% zinc and 1.22% lead; including 72 m of 150.16 g/t silver, 1.06 g/t gold, 2.48% zinc and 2.27% lead.
