INTRODUCTION
Advanced Explorations Inc. (AEI), based in Toronto, Ontario, is a mining exploration company focused on developing high quality iron ore opportunities. As part of this strategy, AEI acquired the option to earn a 100% ownership interest in the Roche Bay Magnetite Project located on the Melville Peninsula in Nunavut, Canada. Led by an experienced management team with technical, exploration and mining expertise the Company has the capabilities to rapidly advance the Roche Bay Project and explore other local and global opportunities. In 2008, AEI updated its business plan for the Roche Bay Project and is examining moving forward from the traditional iron pellet operation to a granulated pig iron (nugget) business.
PROJECT IN HAND
Roche Bay Magnetite Project, Nunavut, Canada

Advanced Explorations is focused on developing its magnetite iron deposits on the east coast of Melville Peninsula located at Roche Bay, Nunavut, Canada. The Company has the option to acquire a 100% ownership interest in the Roche Bay Project. The Company controls 4 mineral leases containing 5 mineralized zones named A, B, C, D and E Zones striking over 20 kilometres in length.
Located proximal to a natural deep water harbour, the Roche Bay deposit benefits from transportation efficiencies possibly making it one of the world's premium iron ore prospects.
Over 20 km of banded iron formation (BIF) have been identified within the mineral leases. A recently published NI 43-101 compliant inferred resource estimate for one of the five deposits, the C-Zone, amounts to 360 million tonnes at an average grade of 28% iron at 25% iron cut-off. Tonnage and grade estimated by Underhill in 1984 for the 5 zones combined is over 1.1 billion tonnes with grades ranging from 23% to 34% iron, but yet have to be verified by NI 43-101 compliant standards.
The project has the resources to last over fifty years thus creating direct and indirect employment opportunities for the Melville Peninsula's Inuit communities for many generations. A project of this scale will provide the base for a wide range of economic and development options for the governments of Nunavut and Canada. With the possibility of an additional 10 MW of electricity available, power could be provided to both Hall Beach and Igloolik communities.
Advanced Explorations plans to develop the banded iron ore formation on the Melville Peninsula using nugget producing technologies in the process of iron making (instead of pellet plant). The iron nuggets, produced by using the Direct Reduction Process (DRI), are higher in grade (~98% Fe) and sell at a price multiple to the traditional iron ore products. Iron nuggets are preferred by the Electric Arc Furnace Industry around the world. AEI has the potential to become one of the few official producers of manufactured iron nuggets worldwide.
The Company expects to start field activities on its Roche Bay Magnetite Project in June. A crew was mobilized on-site at the end of April as part of preparation for 2009 field program.

Ltd. has completed its initial review and site visit of Advanced Explorations Inc.'s Roche Bay project and based on its positive assessment has committed to finalizing negotiations to a formal agreement by October 15, 2010.
On August 23, 2010, Advanced Explorations Inc. provided update on the Company's recent field programs, the Alaska Iron Sands project and the due diligence process of China XinXing Pipes Group.
The Company has completed the first phase of its regional assessment of other commodity opportunities on the Melville Peninsula. Based on the promising conclusions of the team, AEI has expanded its 100% holding to over 140,000 acres outside of the original Joint Venture area and added an additional 15,000 acres within the Joint Venture.
On April 29, 2010, Advanced Explorations Inc. announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 17,000,000 units at a price of $0.22 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $3,740,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one non-transferable common share purchase warrant with a term of twelve months from the closing date of the offering.
On April 26, 2010, Advanced Explorations Inc. reported an update on the metallurgical work performed on the drill core composite samples of its Roche Bay Project in Nunavut.
Results received indicate that the Roche Bay Project can deliver a high quality iron product alongside its proposed nugget operation. This positive finding means that concentrate production could be sold into the traditional seaborne iron ore trade providing cash flow in addition to that from the production of iron nuggets.
On April 23, 2010, Advanced Explorations Inc. announced that it plans to commence its summer field program in late May. The primary focus of the program will be to advance the Roche Bay Project.
