INTRODUCTION

Rome Resources Ltd. is a Canadian-based mining and mineral exploration company.
The Company concentrates on exploration in Argentina and Mexico. Emphasis is on acquisition, exploration and development of copper, tungsten, gold and silver properties.
PROJECT IN HAND
(1) Varvarco Gold and Porphyry Project, Neuquen Province, Argentina
The Varvarco gold and porphyry project is centered on a circular feature which probably represents a caldera structure. The property totals about 17,390 hectares and consists of claims of different types. The village of Varvarco is adjacent to the southwest side of the property.
The property, hosted mainly within Permo-Triassic volcanic and intrusive rocks, lies within a major northwest trending regional belt that is host to several precious and base metal deposits. Detailed geochemical and geophysical surveys and limited trenching have been completed on three areas: Santos High-Grade Gold-Silver Vein System, Auque Breccia Pipe and Auque Cap. All three areas are ready for reconnaissance drilling. Roads to the Santos area, and the areas of Auque Cap and Auque Breccia Pipe area are currently being built jointly by the government and Rome. This improved access will advance the project substantially and will facilitate a drilling program in 2008.
Santos High-Grade Gold-Silver Vein System, situated in the south-central part of the Varvarco property, is covered generally with soil. Mineralization exposed by old hand-workings consists of pyrite-quartz veins. Previously reported assays include: (i) a panel sample of 20.80 g/t gold (0.61 oz/t gold), and (ii) grab samples of 47.68 g/t gold (1.39 oz/t gold), 45 g/t gold (1.3 oz/t gold), and 160.96 g/t gold (4.69 g/t gold) with more than 200 g/t silver (>5.83 oz/t silver). Soil-grid geochemical values on the property locally yield up to 0.4 g/t gold (0.01 oz/t gold).
Auque Breccia Pipe, in the central part of the Varvarco property, is dominated by an oval 1.5 km long by 0.5 km wide zone of gold-copper-molybdenum-bearing hydrothermal volcanic breccia. Its main potential is as a bulk tonnage gold-copper-molybdenum deposit.
Auque Cap, about 2 km east of Auque Breccia Pipe, is an area marked by intense alteration containing abundant pyrophyllite. This alteration-anomalous in copper, molybdenum, and locally, gold-might represent the upper expression of a porphyry copper-molybdenum-gold deposit.

(2) Inguaran Valley Porphyry Copper-Tungsten Project, Michoacan State, Mexico
The Inguaran Valley porphyry copper-tungsten project in the Inguaran Valley totals 10,208.6 hectares. All concessions are totally owned by Roma Recursos de Mexico, S.A. de C.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of Rome Resources Ltd., with the following exceptions: (i) La Verdosa is subject to a 1.0% net smelter return payable to the Mexican government, and (ii) Concepcion and San Jose are under option.
(3) La Colorada Bulk Gold-Silver Project, Sonora State, Mexico
The La Colorada bulk gold-silver project targets large bulk-tonnage, open-pit disseminated gold-silver mines of the Carlin-type. Seven concessions totalling about 23,340 hectares have been obtained by direct staking by Roma Recursos de Mexico, S.A. de C.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of Rome Resources Ltd. The centre of the concession area is about 40 km southeast of Hermosillo, capital of the State of Sonora. These concessions strategically surround the historically important but recently deactivated La Colorada Gold Mine. A number of significant gold showing are known on the properties claimed by Rome.
(4) Los Muertos Bulk Silver-Gold Project, Sonora State, Mexico
The Los Muertos bulk silver-gold project is about 80 km southeast of Hermosillo in central Sonora, Mexico. The concessions covering this property form two blocks: (i) Los Muertos North (Los Muertos 1 and Los Muertos 3), and (ii) Los Muertos South (Los Muertos and Los Muertos 2). Los Muertos North and Los Muertos South cover about 2,103.0 hectares and 558.4 hectares, respectively; they total about 2,661.4 hectares. These four concessions are in the name of Roma Recursos de Mexico S.A. de C.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of Rome Resources Ltd.
Los Muertos bulk silver-gold project exploration is designed to provide drilling targets for the discovery of bulk-silver-gold deposits. The majority of the Los Muertos bulk silver-gold property is underlain by quartzite, limestone, and locally, granitic intrusions. Gold and silver mineralization has been extracted from a number of small mines in the area.
(5) Don Luis Tungsten-Gold Greissen-Porphyry Project, Sonora State, Mexico
The Don Luis tungsten-gold greissen-porphyry project is in central Sonora, Mexico, about 45 km north of Hermosillo. It is in the municipality of Ures and is 300 hectares in area. The property, applied for on February 9, 2007 under application registry number 08230891, was optioned by Rome. Option payments, staged over five years, total US$500,000, and if completed, this would allow Rome to own the property outright.
The Don Luis tungsten-gold greissen-porphyry project is a relatively low grade, but bulk-tonnage, open-pit mineable prospect. Known anomalous tungsten and gold occurs over a large area.
FUTURE DEVELOPMENT
1. Argentina, Neuquen: Ongoing exploration by on the Varvarco Gold and Porphyry Project, facilitated by completion of drill access roads, will involve drilling of the Santos, Auque Cap and Auque Breccia areas in 2008.
2. Mexico, Michoacan: Work will continue on the Inguaran Porphyry Copper-Tungsten Project by continued acquisition of related copper occurrences, and detailed analysis and evaluation of the extensive geochemical and geophysical database that has been acquired during exploration since 2003.
3. Mexico, Sonora: Exploration extending to trenching, and possibly, drilling will continue on: (i) the two bulk gold-silver properties, La Colorada and Los Muertos, and (ii) the Don Luis Tungsten-Gold Greissen-Porphyry Project.
