INTRODUCTION

Kent Exploration Inc. is a mineral exploration company building a portfolio of properties highly prospective for gold and silver mineralization in the western United States. The Company's main objective is the acquisition of, and financing of exploration on, prospective mineral properties in areas of low political risk, close to support facilities and with ready, all weather access.

PROJECT IN HAND

(1) Rosebud Property, Mohave County, Arizona (Gold/Silver Prospect)
kent4.jpg (48838 bytes)
Through an option agreement, KEX has acquired 100% control, net of a 4% NSR, of a property in Arizona that is considered highly prospective for low sulphidation epithermal gold-silver deposits. The Rosebud property consists of 40 unpatented claims of 820 acres and 4.5 acres of fee simple land, and is accessible year round on well maintained roads.

During a 2005 work program, 17 samples ranging from 0.016 g/t Au to 170.5 g/t Au and 0.81 g/t Ag to 709 g/t Ag were taken from the 100 level of the historic workings. Two of these samples assayed 170.5 g/t Au and 217 g/t Ag over 1.5 ft and 10.7 g/t Au and 352 g/t Ag over 1ft. A 5,000 ft diamond drill program is underway.

Highlights include:kent5.jpg (40426 bytes)

  • 36 miles NNE of Kingman, Arizona

  • High grade gold/silver prospect

  • 5,000 ft drill program underway

  • Underground sampling program permittedkent6.jpg (59316 bytes)

  • All-weather access

  • NI 43-101-compliant Report available.

(2) Flagstaff Property, Stevens County, Washington (Gold/Silver/Barite Prospect)
kent7.jpg (61018 bytes)
The Company has acquired 100% control, through a mining lease option agreement, of 16 unpatented claims in Stevens County, Washington State. The 320 acre Flagstaff property is readily accessible from the town of Northport, approximately 15 miles south of Rossland, B.C.

A historic estimate* of 1,372,000 tons of API specification barite was defined by CE Minerals during a 203 hole, 19,260 ft RC drill program in 1981. The deposit was stripped and benched, after which 85,000 tons was reportedly mined and shipped for processing to Leadpoint in Washington State.

The holes were also assayed for gold and silver with the highest grades reported in hole 39C, which reportedly averaged 1.307 oz/t Au over 60 ft* of which 20 ft graded 1.78 oz/t Au, 20 ft graded 1.942 oz/t Au and 20 ft graded 0.198 oz/t Au*. The Company has permitted a 5,000 foot diamond drill program to confirm these grades.

(3) Ivanhoe Creek Property, Elko County, Nevada (Midas-Style Prospect)
kent0.jpg (33612 bytes)

The Company has earned a 50% interest in the Ivanhoe Creek property by funding a US$600,000 drill program with Senator Minerals Inc. as the operator. The Ivanhoe Creek property is a Midas-style exploration target located approximately 48 miles NW of Elko, Nevada in the prolific Carlin trend and on trend with Newmont's "Midas" mine.

The US$600,000 diamond drill program is testing two identified fault systems to depth to determine if high gradekent2.jpg (30684 bytes) mineralization as found at the Midas mine and the Hollister development block is present. Five holes have been completed on this program.

Highlights include:

  • Midas-style target in Nevada's prolific Carlin trend

NEWS UPDATE

On November 9, 2007, Kent Exploration Inc. announced that it has completed the first phase of its diamond drill program on its 100% optioned Flagstaff property in Washington State. Core recovery was in excess of 90% and the core is being shipped to the Company's secure core facility in Kingman under the supervision of the Company's independent geologist, where it will be logged, split and submitted for assay.

The Company has also taken 40 tons of barite from the property for further testing of the economics of beneficiating the barite to API specifications for use as a drill mud additive for oil and gas well drilling.

The diamond drill rig is returning to the Company's 100% optioned Rosebud property in northern Arizona, where diamond drilling to substantiate the historic gold grades on the property will continue during the winter months.

On October 29, 2007, Kent Exploration Inc. announced that it has commenced a diamond drill program on its 100% optioned Flagstaff property in Washington State. The drill program is to follow-up CE Minerals drill holes CE 54D, CE 50 and CE 52A, where CE reportedly intersected gold mineralization during a 203 hole, 19,260 ft RC drill program undertaken in 1981while defining a historically estimated 1,372,000 ton barite deposit.

Upon completion of this phase of drilling on the Flagstaff property, the diamond drill rig will be returned to the Company's 100% optioned Rosebud property in northern Arizona, where diamond drilling to substantiate the historic gold grades on the property will continue during the winter months.

On October 12, 2007, Kent Exploration Inc. announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 750,000 units at a price of $0.20 per unit. The gross proceeds from the private placement will be used for exploration work on the Company's 100% optioned Rosebud and Flagstaff properties and for general corporate purposes.

On October 10, 2007, Kent Exploration Inc. reported that Mr. Michael England has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company.

On September 20, 2007, Kent Exploration Inc. reported that Senator Minerals Inc. ("Senator") has provided preliminary results from the first five holes of the drill program on the Ivanhoe Creek property, northeastern Nevada.

Senator reported that the five locations for drilling were selected based on the results of a 2004 geophysical program that consisted of ground magnetometer, gravity, and CSAMT surveys. The drill targets are zones of faulting and silicification that are possibly indicative of Midas-style gold-silver feeder systems. Senator reported several zones of anomalous gold-silver mineralization were intersected in these drill holes with the widest mineralized zone of 173 ft (52 metres) being intersected in hole IC07-10.

Significant sample results from the drill holes are detailed in a table in the Senator #2007-7 news release, which is filed on Sedar and on the Senator web site at www.senatorinc.com.
