INTRODUCTION

Castle Resources Inc. is a Toronto-based junior mineral exploration company focusing on the acquisition, exploration and development of high-quality advanced exploration stage targets and advancing these projects to production. The Company's present target is its 100% owned San Ramon high grade silver and base metal project in Zacatecas, Mexico, one of the most prolific silver camps in Mexico and the world.

PROJECT IN HAND

San Ramon Project, Zacatecas, Mexicocastle1.jpg (34140 bytes)

The San Ramon Claim Group, located approximately five kilometres northeast of the city of Zacatecas in the Zacatecas mining district, is composed of eight concessions totalling 312.2 hectares. Over the last 450 years this region of Mexico has been one of the most prolific silver producing areas in the world with over 1.5 billion ounces of silver mined. Capstone Mining Corp. continued with this trend in 2006 with the opening of its Cozamin mine on concessions directly adjacent to Castle's properties.

Currently five vein systems have been identified in the northern portion of the San Ramon Claim Group. These are known as La Platosa, Veta Fuerte, San Fernando, San Miguel and El Salvador. The principal mine workings within these claims are located in two main areas, San Ramon and Los Gatos, covering approximately 300 metres of the La Platosa and Veta Fuerte veins. The San Ramon mine workings comprise the San Ramon and Azul shafts approximately 95 metres deep with four subsurface levels. The Azul shaft was refurbished in 2003 and was used to dewater the mine workings for mapping and sampling purposes. This area will be the focus for detailed drilling, testing both vertical and horizontal extensions of the underground workings and providing information for future resource calculations.

Historical resource estimates of the San Ramon project have been reported at 1,100,000 tonnes containing 359 g/t silver, 1.46 g/t gold, 1.27% lead and 2.7% zinc. In addition, it has been reported that during the 1950s, approximately 20,000 tonnes of ore grading 1.0 to 2.0 g/t gold and 400 to 600 g/t of silver were extracted at San Ramon. This historic estimate represents approximately 12.5 million ounces of silver plus the potential of gold, lead and zinc credits. Based on these details the Company's present target is to prove a resource of 10 to 15 million ounces of silver through exploration. The Company notes that these estimates do not comply with existing code under National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects, and refer to Potential Mineralization only.castle2.jpg (43204 bytes)

On May 8, 2007 Castle began its surface exploration of the San Ramon project, with surface mapping and sampling of the five known silver and base metal vein systems. On July 3, 2007, Castle announced the start of a 4,000 metre, 23 diamond drill hole program to test the five known vein systems. The exploration is financed through a $2,000,000 private placement in April 2007.

The exploration program is designed to:

  • Complete definition drilling in the San Ramon and Los Gatos zones;

  • Test the continuity between the San Ramon and Los Gatos zones;

  • Test to the southeast of Los Gatos along strike;

  • Test the depth of the San Ramon and Los Gatos zones;

  • Drill test the San Fernando and San Miguel veins;

  • Conduct geological mapping and sampling of the El Salvador vein;castle3.jpg (31731 bytes)

  • Conduct reconnaissance mapping and sampling of all claims; and

  • Provide data for 3D model and planning of future exploration and
    development.

San Ramon - 2007 Diamond Drill Program Castle's drill program is designed to:

  • Complete definition drilling in the San Ramon and Los Gatos zones;

  • Test the continuity between the San Ramon and Los Gatos zones;

  • Test to the southeast of Los Gatos along strike;

  • Test the depth of the San Ramon and Los Gatos zones;

  • Drill test the San Fernando and San Miguel veins;

  • Outline resource in the San Ramon and Los Gatos zones;castle4.jpg (28451 bytes)

  • Test zone between San Ramon and Los Gatos workings;

  • Detail drilling below Los Gatos workings;

  • Drill testing below San Ramon and Los Gatos - Intermediate depth; and

  • Testing to 350 m depth based on data from Cozamin (Capstone).
